Three checks before anything is offered

One order covers the Brampton floor and anything that ships out.

    Clasps, zippers, hinges, posts, and buckle screws are opened and closed, and checked for play, sharp edges, and worn plating.

  2. Natural materials

    Leather, silk, horn, and stone are matched to the maker's note. Coated fabric is not sold as hide, and a synthetic weave is not sold as silk.

  3. Jewelry alloys

    Metal pieces keep the maker's alloy note. Plated work is labeled plated. Solid alloy is named only when the note says solid.

    Footwear and small-batch jewelry at retail. Size and alloy notes are confirmed before anything leaves.

  4. Accent selection

    Staff match two or three pieces to clothes you already own. The list is built around one occasion and written down in the room.

  5. Styling consultation

    A private hour for palette, the event, and what to leave out. You leave with a short written list.

  6. Collection preorders

    If the next run is not on the shelf, Pixsil records a named hold and calls when it reaches Brampton.

  7. International express
